Project Overview

Hollaender’s Speed-Rail® system brings durable, industrial-inspired character to 22nd & Market. A clear-anodized aluminum frame and powder-coated perforated steel panels create a strong, visually distinctive solution for the Denver development.

The 22nd & Market project in Denver, Colorado, features Hollaender’s Speed-Rail® system with perforated steel infill panels. Specified by Shears Adkins Rockmore Architects, the railing combines dependable performance with an industrial-inspired architectural character. The clear-anodized aluminum frame creates a clean, durable foundation, while the steel infill panels are e-coated and powder-coated for enhanced protection. Their perforated pattern provides security and visual texture while retaining a degree of openness throughout the contemporary urban development.
