Project Overview

Located north of the Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio, the six-story mixed-use University City Center building integrates 266 residential units and a pool, a 4-tier parking garage, and over 120,000 square feet of leasable retail space. In an effort to differentiate University City Center from other student housing options, the architect firm Berardi+ and specialty railing contractor Spohn Associates used Hollaender’s Interna-Rail® VUE™ railing system to provide a clear and safe viewing area around the pool deck.
