Strength & Beauty
Hollaender has specified and sourced the most corrosion-resistant aluminum alloys available and all materials are supplied with architectural grade finish. It outlasts galvanized steel in salt-air, coastal, and chemical environments without painting or priming.
One-Third the Weight of Steel
At roughly 170 lbs per cubic foot lighter than steel, aluminum systems reduce load requirements, lower freight costs, and allow one-person installation on most sections.
Mill, Anodized & Powder Coat Finishes
Natural mill finish, clear anodized, black anodized, and custom powder coat colors are all available. Anodized finishes penetrate the surface rather than coating it, so they never chip or peel.
Field Installation Without Welding
Hollaender aluminum rail systems arrive pre-fabricated in up to 24' sections — no welding, no cutting, no specialized labor required.
Schedule 40 & Schedule 80 Pipe
Both wall thicknesses are supported. Schedule 40 meets most commercial and IBC applications; Schedule 80 is specified for industrial, OSHA, and high-load environments where additional structural strength is required.
