Overview

Why specify perforated metal infill?

Our perforated infill panels are available in a wide variety of patterns. They are constructed of carbon steel that is e-coated and powder coated, or powder coated aluminum. Steel panels are 14 gauge, held within an 11 gauge steel hem, with three holes drilled in the bottom hem to allow water to quickly drain. Available for level or raked (stair) applications.

The no-frame option eliminates the fabricated hem around the outside edge of the panel — our most cost-effective infill panel system. This option is only available in level sections, with a maximum open area of 50%.

Aluminum perforated panels are available in the same hole patterns as steel, but the material is thicker at .125" with 11 gauge hems.

Wide Variety of Patterns

Round and square hole patterns available in multiple sizes — standard round selections include 1/4", 1/2", and 3/4" on staggered centers; square option in 1/2" on 11/16" straight row.

Level and Stair Applications

Hemmed U-channel panels are available for both level and raked (stair) applications. Three holes in the bottom hem allow water to quickly drain.

No-Frame Option

The most cost-effective infill panel system — eliminates the fabricated hem. Available in level sections only, with a maximum open area of 50%.

Steel and Aluminum Options

Carbon steel panels (14 gauge, 11 gauge hem) are e-coated and powder coated. Aluminum panels are .125" thick with 11 gauge hems, available in the same hole patterns as steel.
