Available in carbon steel (e-coated and powder coated), powder coated aluminum, and stainless steel with hem polished to specification.
Overview
Our welded wire mesh infill panels are constructed from .120" diameter steel wire and every second wire is welded within the steel hem, with 11-gauge hems and an open bottom hem to ensure full water evacuation. Because the load carrying strength of wire mesh cannot be calculated, we test every complete panel design on our testing rig to confirm it passes all applicable building codes. For outdoor use, panels are electro-coated and powder coated to our standard color or to architect's specifications.

Key Benefits
Load carrying strength of wire mesh cannot be calculated, so we test the complete panel design on our testing rig to ensure it passes all appropriate building codes.
The bottom hem is left completely open to ensure all water is evacuated from the system.
Aluminum panels use .250" diameter wire with 11 gauge hems to meet 50 lb./sq. ft. loading. Panels cannot be anodized — Kynar (AAMA 2605) is available for high sun exposure; AAMA 2604 powder coat for all other settings.
Available in 304 or 316 SS with the same .120" OD mesh construction. Hems are polished to specification — #4 satin polish is standard; brighter finishes also available. We recommend 304 SS as 316 is extremely expensive.
