Hollaender’s Interna-Rail® system combines clear-anodized aluminum with 304 stainless-steel wire mesh at the Springton Lake Middle School Natatorium. The result is a durable, open railing solution that supports safety while preserving visibility throughout the aquatic facility.

Hollaender’s Interna-Rail® system brings durable, understated style to Olivia Terrace Apartments. Vertical picket infill and a dark-bronze anodized finish create a cohesive railing solution for the contemporary residential development.

The Highlander Accelerator is a new community building aimed at servicing the newly developed Highlander community in North Omaha, Nebraska.

The Main + Stone Project is a mixed use (multi-family residential and retail) project in a highly visible part of Greenville, South Carolina. Its location and end use made it a high profile signature project for the newly developing downtown.

Mercer Commons is the most recent of a series of developments financed by 3CDC. 3CDC is a non-profit, real estate development and finance organization focused on strategically revitalizing Cincinnati's downtown urban core in partnership with the City of Cincinnati and the Cincinnati corporate community. Their work is specifically focused on the central business district and in Over-the-Rhine. One of their more recent projects is a multi-unit condominium development, Mercer Commons.
Systems Used:

Liberty Center is a brand new development that opened in late 2015, located on 100 acres just north of Cincinnati, Ohio. It is mixed use, with retail, residential, and commercial tenants.

The Cottages of Overton County is a senior nursing home residence facility located in Livingston, Tennessee. Architect Greg Lusk of Lewis Group Architects was tasked with an interesting challenge.

The Indianapolis based offices of Fanning Howey Architects and specialty railing contractor, Spohn Associates collaborated to accomplish the vision of Center Grove High School’s Natatorium facility addition. The natatorium is home to one of Indiana’s largest competition pools which includes a ten-lane Olympic-sized aquatic center connected to the existing campus. Hollaender’s Structural Glass Railing System with aluminum base shoe and top cap was the perfect combination of railing safety and unmatched sight lines for spectators.

Located north of the Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio, the six-story mixed-use University City Center building integrates 266 residential units and a pool, a 4-tier parking garage, and over 120,000 square feet of leasable retail space. In an effort to differentiate University City Center from other student housing options, the architect firm Berardi+ and specialty railing contractor Spohn Associates used Hollaender’s Interna-Rail VUE™ railing system to provide a clear and safe viewing area around the pool deck.

The design of the 145 Biltmore Condominiums by MHA Works of Asheville, NC focused on the stunning views available in the downtown Asheville area. The 34 upscale residential units on the corner of South Lexington and Biltmore Avenue in downtown Asheville featured large balconies to take advantage of views on all sides of the building.
